Marco is the transformation of an existing garage into a multi-functional, flexible space that serves as a guest suite, home office, gym, and entertainment area for the homeowners. This vibrant and airy Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) incorporates double French doors which open up to seamlessly integrate the dynamic interior with the outdoor patio.

Full height custom cabinetry maximizes the available space while keeping the room open and flexible. The design prioritizes a modern and beachy aesthetic that anchors the ADU to the main house and its surroundings. Light colors and a vibrant wallpaper are used to create a bright and open atmosphere, while natural materials are incorporated to add warmth and texture to the space.
